Bach Yard is an acclaimed live interactive chamber music concert program for children age pre-K to early elementary, created and hosted by internationally renowned concert pianist Orli Shaham. The interactive concert experience features hands-on activities, introduction to musical concepts and performances that include storytelling, costumes and more along with the music.

Established in 2010, Orli Shaham’s Bach Yard has been presented at concert halls, schools, festivals, and other venues across the U.S., and features performances with Orli Shaham and other high-level professional musicians, with a high degree of interaction.

Presented by Merkin Concert Hall in New York, Princeton University Concerts, and others, OSBY attracts sold-out crowds and continues to garner critical acclaim.

Orli Shaham’s Bach Yard is available in several configurations:

  • Pianist and host Orli Shaham with guest ensemble provided by presenter (4-5 strings, winds, or percussionists)
  • Pianist and host Orli Shaham with musicians provided by OSBY
  • OSBY as featured entertainment at a fundraising event or gala
