Instructions

1. Make sure any tin cans are clean, dry and free of sharp edges.
2. For the small drum cut the top off the balloon and stretch the balloon disc over the can.
3. Secure the balloon with an elastic band or tape. For bigger Containers, use a bigger balloon such a punch balloon!
4. Cut the top off the punch balloon. If there is excess material you can knot it.
5. Turn balloon disc inside out and stretch over the container.
6. Tape to secure.
