An amazing musical experience for both you and your children at Centene Plaza in Clayton…and it’s free! Bring your children to Centene Plaza in Clayton for Baby Got Bach - Principally Percussion on Saturday November 24, 2012 at 10:30 AM. Led by St. Louis’s own, internationally acclaimed pianist Orli Shaham, the event features hands-on activities, where kids have a chance to meet the musicians and play with real musical instruments. Then it’s on to the stage to enjoy a listening tour of great live chamber music, featuring Orli and musicians from the St. Louis Symphony.
Whether it’s your children’s first encounter with live music, or they are veteran concert-goers, they’ll find this program of chamber music captivating. The intimate nature of Baby Got Bach will give every child and adult a great experience with live music. The program is aimed toward 3 to 6 year-olds, but all ages are welcome. We promise great music and a great time for everyone!
This community event is free of charge and tickets are not required. However, reservations are strongly recommended, and can be made online using the form below. Those without a reservation will be accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis as capacity allows.
Baby Got Bach is a sponsored project of Fractured Atlas, a non-profit arts service organization. Contributions for the purposes of Baby Got Bach must be made payable to Fractured Atlas and are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.

Please note:
1. Baby Got Bach is designed for children age 3 to 6, particularly the hands-on portion of our events. These activities often require advanced motor skills and may include small pieces that may pose a hazard for younger children. All ages are welcome at the concert portion of the performance, which begins at approximately 11:15 am.
2. Because of the highly-interactive and individual nature of the activities, we recommend a ratio of no more than two children per adult.
3. Those without a reservation will be admitted only if space permits.
4. Centene Plaza is an office building, and hence is an unusual venue for concerts. Therefore, our hosts at Centene require that we have the name of each adult and child entering the building. That’s why we ask for the full name of each person in your party, including children, as well as the age of each child.
5. FYI: Parking is available for $2.00 per hour at the Centene Plaza garage. Street parking is possible as available, and is free on Saturdays. Centene Plaza is three blocks from MetroLink.
